The Tod & Maxine McClaskey Culinary Institute offers fast, fresh, and healthy dining options for students, faculty, staff, and the community. The space, located in Gaiser Hall, features three kiosks, a full-service retail bakery and barista bar, grab-and-go items, and a student-run restaurant.

Gift cards are available from any of the food court cashiers and may be used in the food court, restaurant or bakery.

The food court offers hot and grab-and-go food items.

Serving coffee, espresso drinks, tea, hot chocolate, frapps, smoothies, italian soda, energy drinks, oatmeal, bagels, donuts, muffins, scones, and danishes.

Main Campus - Gaiser Hall

Serving coffee and grab and go snacks and food items. Open year-round, hours vary by quarter.

Clark Cafe in Joan Stout Hall – Main Campus 

Serving breakfast burritos, muffins, bagels, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, bento, pizza, burritos, tacos, nachos, salads, baked potatoes, wraps, and a full espresso menu. Providing contactless service through pick up and delivery. Catering on campus available.
