Steps to enroll for transfering students

Transfer students are those who have previous college experience but have not attended Clark.

Steps to Enroll

Apply for Admissions

Apply online at our Admissions webpage.

Need help with your application? Call 360-992-2078 or email start@clark.edu for help.

Submit College Transcripts

Send official transcripts from other colleges to enroll@clark.edu or by postal mail to:

Please expect approximately 6-8 weeks for official transcripts to be evaluated.

Unofficial transcripts may be used for placement and Advising purposes while waiting on your official transcript evaluation.

Apply for Financial Aid

Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Washington Application for State Financial Aid (WASFA) online. More funding options can be found on our Financial Aid webpage.

Activate Your Online Student Account

Visit the MyClark@ctcLink webpage and follow the ctcLink account instructions to activate your account.

Meet with an Enrollment Navigator

Review your remaining enrollment requirements with an Entry Services staff member.

Email start@clark.edu to schedule an appointment.

Review and Complete Placement

Visit our Placement webpage for more information.

Meet with an Advisor

Plan your classes and review incoming credits with an Academic Advisor. Visit our Advisor Contact Information page or email advising@clark.edu to schedule an appointment with your Academic Advisor.

Register for Classes

Register online through your MyClark@ctcLink student homepage or ctcLink Mobile App.
